Pricing

Every plan is a quote.
Here is how we get to it.

There is no checkout, because the shape of the machine moves the number far more than the number of seats does. Tell the configurator what you actually run. It names the tier, shows the questions we would ask on the call, and sends both along with you.

You get a number from a person, not from a pricing page.

Shape your machine

Nothing is sent until you press send.

Brands you run

A second brand is where a stack usually forks into two copies of everything.

Monthly paid social spend

This sets how hard the budget guard has to work, not how much you pay per seat.

New creative delivered each week

Editors, machines, or both — the board counts them the same way.

Machines you want switched on

Every one of them is a row on the People tab with its own key. Pick the work you want off a person's desk.

Anything your legal or security team will ask for

Leave these alone if nobody is waiting on paperwork.

The tier that fits

Studio

One brand, a handful of deliveries a week, and the machines that write and render. This is the shape the desk was built around first.

What we would ask you

    The three shapes

Pick the shape. We'll price the machine.

Every plan includes the whole desk — library, review, board, briefs, and the numbers that come back from live ads. What changes between them is how many brands you run through it, how much automation you switch on, and how much paperwork your side needs.

    Your fit

    Studio

    One brand, one desk

    Quoted · after one conversation

A single DTC brand buying paid social with an editor or a small creative pod.

    • The board, the review desk and the creative library
    • Creative director briefs, written against the house copy doctrine
    • Image Studio, graded against your own fidelity checklist
    • Performance on every ad — and on every hook, body and CTA inside it
    • Invite-only access for your team

    Enterprise

    The whole creative operation

    Quoted · after one conversation

Serious volume, real security review, and a stack you need migrated rather than replaced overnight.

    • Everything in Scale
    • Custom SLAs and a named contact
    • Security review and an SSO path
    • Custom integrations and full data export
    • Migration from your current stack, done with you

In every plan, at every price

The parts that are not negotiable.

One writer to your ad account

heybar is the only thing writing. The model proposes. The engine acts.

    Every figure carries its arithmetic

Hover any number and it shows you what it is made of.

One brand's robot cannot read another's

Each agent key is pinned to a single brand by the server. Not by a paragraph in a prompt.

Editors are not a line item

They work on the board — cards, an inbox and email. Adding one should never be a budget decision.

    Talk to sales

    Send the shape.
    We will send the number.

Your configuration above travels with this. That is the whole point of it — the first reply should be a price and a start date, not a discovery call to establish things you already told us on this page.

    • A reply within one business day, from the person who runs the product.
    • No BDR queue and no newsletter. The details go straight to the operator.
    • If it is not a fit we will say so on the first reply, and tell you what we would use instead.

Worst case, you learn we are wrong for you in a day.

    Before you ask

    Questions about the money.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the shape of the machine moves the number more than the headcount does. One brand at $40k a month with two editors and one at $900k across six brands are not the same product, and a single published figure would be wrong for both. The configurator above narrows it to a tier; a person gives you the number.

What does the price actually track?

Brands, ad spend under management, and which machines you switch on. Not seats — an editor who only delivers on the board should not be a line item, and pricing that punishes adding one is pricing that slows your creative down.

Can I start with one brand and add more?

Yes, and most do. A brand is a row, its settings are keyed by its own prefix, and every feature renders for every brand from the day it is added. There is no second copy of the app to migrate onto.

Do I pay for the models?

Generation runs against per-brand daily and monthly caps you set, and every job's cost is attributed to the brief and the editor that asked for it. You see it on the Profit page, not on a surprise invoice.

    Is there a trial?

Not a self-serve one. We onboard by hand, because the desk is useless until your library, ad account and store are actually connected. What we do instead is a paid pilot on one brand with a defined exit.

    What happens if we leave?

You take the library, the deliveries, the briefs and the numbers with you. On Enterprise that export is written into the contract.

Not sure which shape you are?

Send it anyway. Getting the tier wrong on a form costs nothing — we read what you run, not which box you ticked.
